September 2008 - I had a lot of fun doing this one. It was for a very special friend of ours. I think this cake was just so beautiful and feminine and was perfect for the older child who no longer wants the fancy "kiddie" cake. This was two white chocolate mudcakes joined with raspberry jam and butter cream. It was then covered with buttercream and around the outside I placed white chocolate "planks" and then tied a ribbon. The hearts and stars came from a local Yandina lady who makes the most delightful cake decorations.
