November 2009 - I did this one for a friends daughter for her 16th Birthday. It was a chocolate buttercake filled with jam and buttercream - I actually got a piece of the leftover a couple of days later and was very suprised at to how well this cake holds up over time. Lots of chocolate shards and left over chocolate broken up with pink sugar crystals and pink cachous adorned the top. I could not get a "16" pick so went with the hearts which I thought worked well.
