October 2007 - Elizabeth's 2nd Birthday. It was about now that I started really getting interested in the whole "cupcake" side of things. They are a lot easier to make even if they take longer to decorate. These were just standard size cakes in silver foil papers with fondant circles cut out to size and decorated with white royal icing polka dots and store bought sugar flowers. I also think that it was about this time that a lot of the main manufacturers of cake bits and pieces started really broadening their horizons. So many things are now available in Woolies and Coles.About Me

Spotted Flower Cupcakes
