December 2008 - These little morsels I whipped up for our Prep Christmas Breakup Picnic for school. The patty papers were colour co-ordinated for the Christmas Season as was the shimmer dust. Silver Cachous and White Stars topped the decorating off. The cake themselves were standard butter cake with lemon rubbed over the top whilst hot. The icing was butter cream with lemon juice. The lemon makes for a nice 'tarte' finish to the cakes!!
