August 2009 - I went back to my childhood days of playing with plastercine with these little morsels. My Mom required 3 dozen cakes for a Croquet Day she had. Their team had chosen Yellow as there colour and Daffodil Day as their chosen charity. They called themselves the "Bees". I set to work creating little bumble beez on daffodil coloured flowers - I am not quite so adventurous to think that I could create daffodils just yet. These sat on cream coloured butter cream which was swirled on top of the cakes in a beehive fashion. They looked very cute and were a hit on the day - better still, Mum's team won the "High Tea" display too.
