June 2009 - Bart Cake
This number was done for one of the boys in Isabella's class who loves Bart Simpson. This one was a dairy free buttercake - using nuttelex and soya milk instead of the norm. You cannot tell the difference. Anyways the cake was a double layer filled with Jam and Cream and then covered and decorated with Buttercream. The design was just piped on using a star piping tip. Alongside were 48 cupcakes in yellow and blue - true Simpson colours!!
