Sept 4, 2009 - these were for my bestest customer. She is just so wonderful and really was one of the first people (Besides DH - thats Dear Husband) to really encourage me into getting into this. Anyways for her daughters class cupcakes and home cupcakes we went for the older girl funky fun flower look. Again had heaps of fun with the fondant. Cakes were just the standard butter cream with a lemon flavoured icing - I swear it is my favourite combination - as a kid my Nanna used to make the most delicious butter cake. While still hot she used to rub a cut lemon over the top and then when cool ice with the lemon icing - was a favourite then and is still standing up there with the tests of time.
