March 2010 - This one was really hard and for an unknown client so I was very nervous about it. Seeing as tho I had no idea who Special Agent Oso was either did not help. Anyways after a bit of research I decided to take the job. We used the Wilton #D Teddy cake pan to form the body and then star tip to pipe the icing with some fondant cutouts to form the hands, mouth, eyes, ears and jacket. Mine was a bit dumpier than the original picture as the agent is more like a bear in a penguin shape if that makes sense LOL. Anyways, I thought it was a good attempt even if I was not 100% happy.
